Company Policy
Room check-in times at hotels are at 2 PM or 3 PM, depending on the hotel's policies, and room check-out times are at 12 PM.
If you request to check in before 4 AM, a full night’s charge will be added. If you check in after 4 AM, only half a night's charge will be added to the rates listed in the price table.
If a guest is late in checking out of the hotel room after the scheduled time, they will incur the cost of an additional night.
Children up to 6 years old stay for free in their parents' room without an extra bed. If you wish to add an extra bed, it will be charged. The maximum number allowed in the same room is two children under 6 years old.
Children over 6 years old will be charged as full guests.
Clients are required to send a copy of the round-trip flight ticket and copies of passports for all individuals to confirm the reservation.
Modifications to the program are allowed by agreement between the company and the client before arrival, with the client bearing any additional costs incurred from changes.
The company commits to implementing the agreed-upon itinerary, which starts daily at 10 AM and ends at a maximum of 7 PM. Clients can return to the hotel in the afternoon for rest and take an evening tour, with the morning tour starting at 10 AM and ending at 3 PM, and the evening tour starting at 7 PM and ending at 10 PM.
Our company is committed to sending original hotel bookings without modifications.
For free modifications or cancellations, requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the client's arrival. If modifications or cancellations are made less than 48 hours before arrival or after arrival, the client will bear any applicable costs.
The client must transfer a 20% deposit of the total trip amount after receiving the hotel bookings to complete the reservation and confirmation process.
The trip deposit can be transferred to the company’s bank account or through Western Union or MoneyGram, depending on the client's preference.
The remaining trip amount is to be paid at our company’s office in Georgia, and no payments will be collected outside the office.
